Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Please note that certain items like swimwear and undergarments are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Al-Ikhsan account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return/Exchange' button to fill out the online request form.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip. Drop off the parcel at any of our authorized courier partners or visit a participating retail outlet.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 7-10 working days.
